Piiipo Payment Rules, Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. Piiipo charges customers a Processing Fee for every confirmed service appointment according to this tier-model: 

2. Piiipo charges vendors a Platform Fee and Credit Card Transaction Fee for every completed service according to Piiipo Terms and Conditions.

a. Platform Fee =10%- 25% Depends on type of industry

b. Credit Card Transaction Fee = 2.9% +30 cents

3. When a customer cancels an appointment:

With 24 hours or more in advance, Piiipo refunds customer the paid amount minus Credit Card Transaction Fee.  Customer is responsible for all Credit Card Transaction Fees.

With less than 24 hours notice, Piiipo refunds customer the paid amount after deducting Credit Card Transaction Fee, Processing Fee and Vendor’s Late Cancellation Fee.If Vendor set up non-refundable late cancellation fee which will be charged to customer.Vendor will receive penalty charge credit in form of reward point.

4. When vendor cancels an appointment 

With 24 hours or more in advance, Piiipo refunds customer the full paid amount.  Vendor is responsible for Credit Card Transaction Fee.

With less than 24 hours notice, Piiipo refunds customer the full paid amount and in addition, the Vendor’s Late Cancellation Fee which is set up by individual vendor.  Vendor is responsible for the following fees: Credit Card Transaction Fee, Processing Fee and Vendor’s Late Cancellation Fee.

If Vendor set up non-refundable late cancellation fee which will be credit to customer.Customer will receive penalty charge credit in form of reward point.

5. For special vendors in the professional industries such as the legal industry, doctor, accountant, insurance agent, financial consultant, the following addtional rules apply:

Piiipo charges customer a Processing Fee in addition to the quoted amount for every confirmed service appointment.

Piiipo pays these special vendors the amount quoted to the customer after deducting special vendor sponsors and charges Credit Card Transaction Fee.  

Piiipo charges these special vendors a Referral Fee for the transaction.

6. Completed transations with satisfactory rating with 3 stars and higher are final and non-refundable. 

Piiipo is not responsible for any subsequent dispute and will not issue refund after the transaction is finalized.  

7. Piiipo's resolution on non-satisfactory cases is final.  

Resolved cases where the payments are released to vendor or refunded to customer cannot be reopened for further adjudication.

Piiipo served the rights to change,with or without notice,any pricing,benefits,rewards,contact.etc.of any ranks or services.
